Fee Agreements
Fees are generally payable on an hourly basis or flat fee basis to be determined prior to the beginning of representation. We do not handle contingency fee matters.
Pro Bono
Our firm does take on pro bono work in acknowledgement of the fact that the need for free legal assistance consistently outweighs the resources available to meet such needs.
